My first double challenge using Paper Players # 115 and Fab Friday 03. When I noticed the tic-tac-toe involved using an element of 3, I remembered the three banners in Fab Friday’s sketch so I decided to combine them.

PAPER: SU Real Red, SU Brilliant Blue (retired), SU Whisper White
ACCESSORIES: SU Real Red ribbon (retired), random blue/white ribbon
TOOLS: SU 1/2″ Circle punch, CB Happy Birthday embossing folder, Nestabilities scallop and rectangle dies
