SU Backyard Basics Easter Eggs

LeAnne has a theme challenge for us this week at The Paper Players # 190.

She has asked us to use the concept of “three” in our creations. I chose an Easter card with three eggs and three butterflies- technically, the larger butterfly is just “one” butterfly. It was so fun heat embossing the white on the eggs and the sentiment. I still get amazed how that powder magically changes. Boy, did my Stamp-a-ma-jig come in handy with the sentiment. And, I believe my stamping girls now see how invaluable that tool really is!  I could not resist adding a border to the photo with the pretty pastels. And, those jelly beans were yummy…

  1. Adorable, Cindy! Love the pastel hues, those wonderful eggs and the floating butterflies! I like how you nestled them in the scalloped “grass”!!! And don’t you think that sentiment is one of the prettiest ever?! Thanks for sharing this with us and playing with my “three spree” PP challenge this week!

  2. Cindy, another sweet card. I love your creations. You are an inspiration to me and others. Thanks so much for the recent birthday card. Loved it! Have a wonderful week filled with God’s grace. B
