SU Happy Watercolor with Peaceful Petals

Well, friends, it is with a sad heart that I post my last card as a Dynamic Duos Design Team member. I was humbled to be asked, and my life has been enriched by this challenge and the great people I worked with over the last six months that flew by so quickly. I was inspired by the vast pool of talented participants each week. It was fun to see “the other side,” and I now know how difficult it is to choose a Winner or Runner-Up each week! Every card is unique and a beautiful work of art to me. I so appreciate you playing along and the kinds comments you have given me. Many hugs to you all!

Here is the Dynamic Duos #100 “Triple Threat” challenge for this week:

As you all know and are probably tired of hearing…I am forever trying to take better quality photos. I am driving my dear husband crazy! I am working on it- got a light box off of Amazon for $40 and the hubby is making me one since I have been whining so much about my pictures. So, I will be trying new things in the future to see how to achieve what I want to see! Thanks so much for taking time out of your busy life to visit my little blog!

Be sure to check out the Design Team submissions this week over at Dynamic Duos.

  8. I absolutely love your card, Cindy! You really took it up a notch with the bloom popped up! How did you get it colored to match the background exactly? I’m putting you in Feedly so I don’t forget to check your blog as I always love your creations! I’m really going to miss DD–it had become a favorite challenge–wish I’d started playing sooner. Hugs, Greta

    1. Thank you, Greta. I have to get more organized with the blogs I visit- I love your creations! I used my Stamp-a-ma-jig to get the flower to match up. Stamped one set of swooshes, then stamped a second one using the SAMJ so they were the same. Then I stamped the flower on one of them and cut it out.

      1. Thanks for the info, Cindy & what a lovely surprise to see you picked my card for the final challenge!
