Stampin’ Up HOME Decor Frame Video Tutorial

September 18, 2019

I finally made one! I have been seeing these HOME decor frames all over Pinterest for years!
I wanted a fun activity to do with my stamping girls, and this is what we did last weekend!

We die cut H-M-E out of Basic Black cardstock and adhered it to black fun foam letters cut out with the retired Large Letters Dies.
We then adhered them in a shadow box frame over a  5″ x 7″ Crumb Cake panel embossed with the Pinewood Planks Folder.

These would be so fun to do with a craft class or make at a Girl’s Night Out or In!
They also make wonderful gifts especially for the crafty friends in your life!

We traveled through 12 stations making a “O” for each month of the year. The oval is 1-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ with the next size up scallop.

As you can see in the white frame, we made a cat oval for October as well as the oval with leaves.
The possibilities are endless with all the stamps and dies we have!

Thanks for buzzing by, friends…

  1. Cindy what did you charge for the class as this is something I would be interested in doing in Canada , thanks for sharing

  2. Awesome use of stamps, dies, and punches. Beautifully demonstrates the versatility of SU products. Wish I could have been there! TFS

  4. Hi Vickie, I posted the oval size above, it is 1-1/2 x 2-1/2″. The background is just a 5″ x 7″ pice of Crumb Cake cardstock embossed with the Pinewood Planks EF. I did get them at Micheal’s. I liked the shadow box. You could also do a regular frame without glass. Thanks for stopping by and have fun making one or two o three….
