No, you are not crazy…I am! I changed up my Friday post to today so I could use Connie’s Stampin’ UP! Friendly Gnomes on St. Patrick’s Day! That just switched my Stampin’ UP! Share a Milkshake to today! I cut the sentiment and used the Alphabet Al a Mode Dies to create the word SWEET.

I used the retired Sale-a-bration Simply Marblelous DSP as it reminded me of the marble slab at Cold Stone Creamery. Of course the retired Stampin’ UP! Brick Wall embossing folder also resembles subway tile often seen in ice cream shoppes, too:)

You can make sundaes, milkshakes, and sugar cones with the Stampin’ UP! Share a Milkshake Bundle. Notice that sweet Valentine sentiment- great to have that in the stamp set!

Hello! I changed up my posts today so I could show you this adorable GREEN card on St. Patrick’s Day! My talented friend Connie Matijak made this fun card with the Stampin’ UP! Friendly Gnomes stamp set and Gnome Dies. I almost forgot to share this wonderful GREEN card today!

Connie used the Host Gift from the January-April 2023 catalog called Flowers and More. It has some really fun and funky color combinations in it. The DSP was a perfect pick for this card with the gnomes. Connie is a detail person and popped up parts of the gnomes like the hands and hat that really are fantastic in person- my photos don’t do the card the justice!

I pulled out my Seaside Bay Bundle to show you a fun Double Z-Fold card my friend Janet Munden created. I really love the clam shell that opens and the Flat Adhesive Backed Pearls are the bomb!

Super simple…take a look…

I like the way Janet did the sentiment inside the clam and the crab holding the Happy Birthday sign but I decided to use the other sentiment to show you another way:)

Measurements: Card base: 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 2-3/4″ and 5-1/2″, Folding mechanism: 3″ x 9″ scored on the 9″ side at 3″ and 6″, DSP: 2-1/2″ x 4″ on card base and 2-3/4″ square on folding mechanism, Basic White (2) 2-3/4″ squares, Embosssed panel: 4″ x 5-1/4″, scrap of crumb cake and white for clam and sign on inside

Hello, friends! Coming off a busy week of classes and a weekend driving my dad down to Florida. Imagine how many stories a 90 year old retired trucker shared with me as I chauffeured him on the 1000 mile trip! But, seriously, I always learn so much- like I wondered how truckers cleaned their windshields? He said, the front of the truck opens up so the driver can walk up there?!? Now, I never knew about that? Did you? But, really, did you know that? When I got to my parents snow bird home, (a little late this year as mom was having some health issues but thankfully, she flew down, and they can enjoy a few months here with their three great grandies) I realized I needed to share a card with you today! I found this birdie perched on my desk…

The card above was the first card I played around with when I opened the Stampin’ UP! Nested Friends Bundle. I die cut the branch and added some leaves but then ended up making the one below in my classes last week so I could show my girls the stamped branch along with the die cut nests. And they got to do some sponging that always take a card up a notch!

Here is the neat card I made with the Stampin’ UP! Irresistible Blooms Bundle and the gorgeous Hey, Irresistible Designer Series Paper. I used every pattern in the pack since both sides work together as you will see in the video.

This card is so easy to make and shows off the pretty paper you have! Take a look at the video:

I love the sweet little sentiment inside:)

You use up the 6 x 6 paper with leftover pieces to boot! Remember my last post? I die cut the flower from the DSP, too!

Measurements: Card Base: 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5-1/2″ on the 11″ side. After you score cut off 2-3/4″ from one side, White inside: 4″ x 5-1/4″ and White on front left side flap 2-1/2″ x 3-3/4″, DSP: 3-3/4″ x 4-5/8 cut as seen in video so you have 2-1/4″ x 3-3/4″ and 2-3/8″ x 3-3/4″, DSP on front panel of card with flower: 1-3/4″ x 2-3/4″ bordered by 2″ x 3″ white and then 2-1/4″ x 3-1/4″ colored card stock
