Ever look at a new catalog over and over and miss something? Well, for me, it was the cutest Hostess stamp set called  Time to Celebrate in the Stampin’ Up Occasions Catalog.

Here is a snapshot of the images:

 

I saw a card by Sandy MacIver with the hot air balloon stamped on one of the Party Pennants Bigz die cuts  so I used that idea with some SAB 2015 Best Year Ever DSP.

In person, this card is so light, crisp, and pretty but no matter where or how I took the photo- it appears “foggy and cloudy.” I think my next hobby should be photography…
