Wouldn’t you be happy to get this cutie in the mail? I sure was…my downline Sarah Chatley was inspired by a card by Tami White and  sent this sweet card along with a Valentines treat of tea lights to me last week. It made me realize how beautiful watercolor washing is on a card and how super fun it is to be on the receiving end of the whole card making scene!
