Hello, friends! Coming off a busy week of classes and a weekend driving my dad down to Florida. Imagine how many stories a 90 year old retired trucker shared with me as I chauffeured him on the 1000 mile trip! But, seriously, I always learn so much- like I wondered how truckers cleaned their windshields? He said, the front of the truck opens up so the driver can walk up there?!? Now, I never knew about that? Did you? But, really, did you know that? When I got to my parents snow bird home, (a little late this year as mom was having some health issues but thankfully, she flew down, and they can enjoy a few months here with their three great grandies) I realized I needed to share a card with you today! I found this birdie perched on my desk…
The card above was the first card I played around with when I opened the Stampin’ UP! Nested Friends Bundle. I die cut the branch and added some leaves but then ended up making the one below in my classes last week so I could show my girls the stamped branch along with the die cut nests. And they got to do some sponging that always take a card up a notch!
