How about a fun kid’s card or one for the guy in your life…or the girl since there are a lot of girls who work construction, too! I was inspired by a card in the catalog.
I also loved the way Karen Hallum placed the images on a card she made. Of course, the yellow and black is just a given with construction, right?
I used a black card base and adhered 1″ strips of Crushed Curry card stock. Start by laying the first strip in the lower left corner and then go out to the left and right sides. And then you just trim off the edges. I grounded the cement truck with a 1/2″ strip of black card stock.
I used the Stampin’ UP! Nested Essentials Dies for the sentiment and the pennant on the right side. Some cute little presents on the inside being pushed by the fork lift:)
