My little girl got married a few weeks ago…the pace has slowed down a little bit since then but last week I got an SOS from her asking for some elegant thank you cards she could make quickly before she started back to work. And, she was coming over in five minutes and had to run…I ran upstairs and pulled out my SU All Things Thanks stamp set. Little did I know it had the best sentiment for her cards!
Oh, and her beautiful flowers are made of PAPER! And, no, I did not make them but you can be sure, I know all the tools in my stamping center could have…lol. I knew you guys would truly appreciate the paper flowers!
I used the retired SU Flowering Flourishes stamp set for a bold background that was not ony quick and easy but coordinated well with the font in the sentiment!
When designing this card, I had the Creating Pretty Cards Challenge #76 in mind…
why not complete two tasks at the same time?
Although the card design is simple, the fun fold adds some flair!
Why don’t you play along with the Creating Pretty Cards Challenge this month? You already have the sketch to inspire you! Head over to Craft Project Central to check it out:)
