Most cards I make or send are for happy occasions- birthdays, weddings, gratiude…but there comes a time, when I have to send a sympathy card to someone who has lost a loved one. These are sent with sadness for the individual receiving it and the sorrow he or she is feeling. But many times, my heart is rejoicing if that the person who passed away knows Jesus! What a feeling to know that person is with Him now.

Cindy, I know what you mean about the mixed emotions of sending a sympathy card….if they know Jesus, it is a joyous time, but still a sad one for those left here. This is just beautiful….simple and gorgeous, especially with that vellum panel! Nicely done! Thanks for playing with us this week!
