It’s a Sun Shiny Day over at the Friday Mashup # 107 this week. I didn’t mash it up with an easel but did combine it with a neat sketch over at The Paper Players #143. I love the sunny yellow combined with vibrant green on a neutral kraft base. I adapted the placement of the second smaller circle to go above my image because it fit better that way;) I also put the exact same size yellow oval under the sentiment that you see when you turn the card. It needed something else, and I didn’t have anything that nested well so that is what I came up with- similar to my last baby card. Have a SUN SHINY DAY, EVERYONE!

Thanks, Heidi. I mailed it out today to a special someone to let them know I appreciate them!!
Adorable card, Cindy! I, too, love this fresh and happy yellow/green combination. Those flowers are so cute–they look like lemon slices and I love their brad centers! Wonderful card…so glad you joined us at the Paper Players!
Thanks, Nance. You are right…lemon slices! I had buttons covering the flower, and then I just popped a brad in and liked it better.
Cindy, I love the happy summery colors! And you chose a great sentiment to go with your card. Thanks for playing along with The Paper Players this week!
