I finally used my SU Tape It stamp set. I really, really like all the designs on the stamps and how they stamp so crisply. I used the challenge at Retrosketches # 84 and the colors at ColourQ # 209 to create this simple card. Well, simple in design but I have to admit, I did a few of the panels before I got one with no operator error like a smudging it with ink on my finger! Well, at least it was my card and not the card of one of my new stampers this week who had finished a “perfect” card, and then the teacher demonstrating how to use the Stamp-a-ma-jig, stamped a perfect sentiment then dropped the block on the card! Now, that was not good!
Oh my, as I was posting, I realized I made a boo-boo…I used black with the CQ colors as a neutral but it is an actual color on CQ…sorry, peeps. Can you forgive me?

Love how you used this sketch and the colors!!!
Thank you, Kristie. The card looked a little flat so I popped up one of the longer tape stamps- still on the fence about it…lol.
What a happy card Cindy, I like lal of your playful patterns! Thanks so much for joining us at the ColourQ!
Thanks, Lisa. Didn’t realize how fun this stamp set was until I started playing with it!
Love your card, Cindy, it did make me smile! Love that you stamped your tapes instead of actually trying to strip pieces of tape straight, as for dropping the stamp, have done that many times, it is always a rude awakening that we might just be too tired! Love your card and thanks you for playing with us at the colourQ.
What a perfect use of the Petite Pairs stamp set AND the washi tape set, you rocked this sketch! Great card!
