SU Kinda Eclectic

I played along with Nance’s Color Challenge at the Paper Players # 208 this week. The colors at first seemed to be a challenge but really, they do go together quite well. Imagine how happy I was to meet the talented Nance at Convention this year!

I went CAS with the SU Kinda Eclectic stamp set for this card. I was seeking some sunshine amidst a cloudy, occasionally rainy day and some peeked through so I ran down three flights of stairs from my stamping room to the second floor deck of our condo. I precariously perched the card and snapped a photo.

See what happened a second after I snapped the photo…but thankfully it landed face up in a dry bush!

  1. LOL! The things we do to get just that right shot! 🙂 You succeeded with a great shot and an AWESOME card! I was really stumped on this challenge for some reason, but so many other great cards have me inspired – and thinking – why didn’t I think of that?!!? You always come through with the perfect card! My hero! 🙂

  2. Such a beautiful card, Cindy! It’s so clean and classy. You did a fabulous job using the challenge colors. And what a great story about the photography session! Thanks for playing with The Paper Players!

  3. Thank goodness you got the perfect shot before the wind kicked up, lol! This is wonderful Cindy–the layout of your images is so versatile. The same exact layout could look completely different by switching up the colors. Love the pearl accents too. I was so glad to meet YOU at convention! Thanks so much for joining us at The Paper Players!
