Hello, kiddos! I am back with some more of the SU Wondrous Wreath Easel Calendar Box.
And…SU has decided to keep this Wondrous Wreath for a longer time…Yea!
To make the project, you need to stamp four panels with the SU Hardwood background stamp onto Naturals White cardstock:
Then use your panels to create the door on the easel which is 5″ x 3 3/4″ , the four panels on the door, and the slats that cover the sides of the box and the drawer front.
Set the Hardwood pieces aside and construct the box out of Soft Suede cardstock:
Now make the box that slides into the drawer:
You add the easel to the top of the base with the drawer:
Then, you add the Soft Suede door panel to the easel:
Make the box the calendar sits in:
1/4/15- OOPS! As I was making up the free kits, I noticed a typo on the instructions- on the little box that holds the calendars, you score in 1/2″ not 1/4″ on all four sides of the 3 5/8″ x 4 1/8″ piece of cardstock.ย
Here is how ย it looks as an easel with the Vintage Faceted Buttons…
and so I leave you with a sneak peek of what is to come….
Enjoy some stamping today!
Great instructions, Cindy. Now will you please cut out all the pieces for me too! ๐ LOL! xo
Oh, Cindy!
What a great calendar and display!!!!! ๐ I love the Wondrous Wreath set and how versatile it is! I would love to be able to enjoy a different wreath every month! This is the best idea EVER!!!! Now I just have to figure out how to make the time to make one for my parents, one for all three of my siblings (& their families) and one for my own home! ๐
Thank you so much for such a great picture tutorial and such detailed information!!!!! Where did you get your calendars?
Thank you so very much for sharing!
Crafty hugs,
Jennifer
