Who says the SU Your Perfect Day stamp set is just for Wedding cards? I used this neat font to create a Graduation card for the special guy of my daughter’s college roomie. He will be graduating in May with his Nursing degree from my daughter’s and my alma mater Indiana University of PA. Of course, I used the school colors Crimson (ahem, retired Raspberry Ripple) and Gray for my colors. I don’t think he follows my blog so I believe I am safe to post…
I used the sketch at Pals Paper Arts # 245.
I also “loosely” cased the sketch on the Can You Case It Card Challenge #63 site.
I cased the star die cut and a simple sentiment. Ok, I might be pushing the sketch a bit …but I wanted to share how easy it would be to CASE this card with any school colors for a guy or gal. I just used a sticky note to mask off the little hearts at the end of the flourish on the “C” as well as the “TWO” that was beside the “TO YOU,” and I had a great all occasion Congrats!
