My sweet friend needed a card for a priest celebrating his 40th Anniversary serving in the church. Wow…what a milestone! And, wow, I had to come up with a good idea…well, truth be told, it was not too hard since I had the SU Memorable Moments stamp. The name says it all- Memorable Moments. Of course, the SU Blessed by God set worked in well, too. I just stamped in a cross under the celebratory message and added an inside sentiment that was perfect! I think that the fancy, ornate flourishes on the Filigree Frame embossing folder tie in well with the beautiful church architecture I am sure the priest is surrounded by daily but the little flowers were a tad too feminine so I just covered them with a black accent strip across the middle.

 

 

 

I used the colors at ColourQ #287 this week-

Basic Black, Basic Gray, white, and a ONE spot of color.
