Craft Project Central Falling Flowers One Sheet Wonder

January 7, 2017

It’s my turn to share my Craft Project Central project for January!

I created a Falling Flowers 8-½” x 11” One Sheet Wonder!

In this tutorial at CRAFT PROJECT CENTRAL, you will be creating a seven card ensemble using an 8-½” x 11” sheet of Whisper White Cardstock that you’ll transform into a colorful patterned paper using with the Falling Flowers Stamp Set. You will learn how to cut that one sheet of patterned cardstock to create seven unique coordinating cards. Finally, you’ll get to package the seven card ensemble in a cute little book box that holds both the cards and envelopes.

TIP:
We made this card at our monthly stamp class. I had one black piece of black cardstock to die cut all the framelits- we had a bit of a challenge with the large flower by the sentiment on the Sympathy card above. I believe it was due to putting too many dies on the machine at one time. We solved the problem by die cutting the flower separately. I will say that using the Precision Plate and Die Brush was helpful with these intricate dies. You can also use a shim of cardstock if you are having a challenge with cutting through any intricate framelits you use like the Butterflies etc.
