I hope you all are having a wonderful Memorial Day with family and friends celebrating the men and women who have served and are serving our country now. I also want to acknowledge the loved ones of those servicemen and women who sacrifice as well as they support their loved ones who serve. You are truly fabulous people! This is for you:
Jen M.’s sketch at Freshly Made Sketches # 137 this week was a simple one that provided inspiration for indefinite possibilities.
I started my card and wanted to gussy it up some more with pearls on the all the flourished letters but my daughter saw it as it is sitting on my desk when she took a break from her NCLEX studying and commented how she LOVED it. She said, “Mom, I love all your cards but I really like simple ones like this.” So, I kept it CAS.
Card Recipe:
STAMPS: SU Million and One

PAPER: SU Whisper White, SU Crushed Curry, SU Eastern Elegance DSP, SU Basic Black
