I love the new SU Party Pop-Ups! I used the Happy Birthday one flat on the front and the Hip Hip Hooray one to surprise the recipient! I could not believe how easy they were to make! I used the sweet Cherry on Top Designer Paper Pack from the annual catalog and matched the paper and inks from there. I could have put a solid cardstock circle under the Happy Birthday but cutting out the circle from the DSP gives not only a DSP circle to use later but also lets the card base act double duty as a backdrop for the pop up- frugal stamping at its best:)
Making your white inside 5 1/4″ x 8″ makes it an even 4″ to score in the middle.
You can even add color behind the Hip Hip Hooray if you are feeling ambitious.
*Thanks for the tip, Linda Heller:)
