I love my tea and my coffee! I have at least 4 cups a days! So many times when I prepare a cup of tea I remember how my mom always had a cup of hot tea waiting for us at the kitchen table before my brothers and I went to school each day. My kids loved more milk in their tea than tea and my daughter still calls it “milk tea.” When I saw the cute SU A Nice Cuppa stamp set with framelits, I was sold immediately. I made this quick and simple card as one of my first cards using this set…
I used to negative of the framelits along with a print from the new SU Have a Cuppa DSP. Looking at the post, I wish I had saved that little opening of the teapot handle and popped it in. Don’t you forget to add it if you make it!
I really liked how the inside turned out using the SU Tags and Lables Framelits…however, I did use the word TEA from the SU Balloon Celebration stamp set to finish off the sentiment. Oh, and I used the front sentiment from the SAB stamp set What I Love.
I think the SU Cups and Kettles Framelits can stand alone in this set that is bundled at a 15% discount. Love the steam (in the teapot) and the silverware! It covers all the hot beverages- a mug of hot chocolate, a coffee cup, and a delicate tea cup.

This is a very cute idea for the teapot and cup (using the negative); there is much more interest than just attaching the die cut pieces directly to the card. This has inspired me to look at my framelets in a different way. Wonderful color combination, also, Cindy!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this card!!!!!!!
