Summer is almost “officially” here! I used the Bokeh Technique to create this fun summer card.
In photography, bokeh is an aesthetic quality produced with a blurry, out-of-focus background with a clear and focused focal image in a photo. I always seem to see the technique used in photos around Christmas time with lights on the trees twinkling in the background of a photo. In stamping, you can easily create a bokeh effect. Here is a video showing how I did it!
Great variety of sentiments in this Stampin’ Up! Seaside Notions stamp set:)
*Note: I used Retired Glimmer Enamel Dots on this card but you can add other coordinating products:)
