SU Bird Builder punch

SU Language of Friendship

Oh, how I love the SU Bird Builder Punch! I am glad it is not retiring but a few stamp sets that coordinate with it are retiring. Don’t hestitate to get the Language of Friendship or the Blissful Bird set because you will get a lot of use out of them with the punch. I used the sublte colors from  Pals Paper Arts # 158   to create this Thank You card for my neighbor- the sweetest gal you will ever meet!

SU Just Thinking about Dynamic Duos #35

Wow, talk about pulling out all the tools in the woodshed…for this card for Dynamic Duos #35– green and yellow, the appearance is clean and simple but  I used a lot of my favorite tools to make it. I just love the SU Bird Punch and got to use it here with Beautiful Blooms die, the Labels Collection Framelits, the Scallop Punch, and the Honeycomb Embossing folder (not SU- just one I had from CB). And I can’t forget to mention all the Stampin’ Dimensionals I used;))

Packaged up with Bling for The Paper Players…

I am getting ready for the holidays, and what else would I be giving to those special people in my life? Cards!! Here’s an assortment all packaged up in bling which I thought fit in well with the Player Players Challenge #122 using silver or gold. The card I placed on top that the recipient would  see through the clear packaging is also a silver adorned Anniversary card. Sorry, the photo is sooo bad…long and boring story but I posted it anyway.

Loving the Bird Builder…

Since my stamping center still had the SU Bird Builder punch and SU Cherry Cobbler paper still on it…I reached for them to do Freshly Made Sketches # 60 and a new one for me, Dynamic Duos #28. It’s interesting  how the Cherry Cobbler looks different when paired with various papers and the sun exposure where I took the photo. Here’s what I came up with…

Merry Mojo…

The sketch for MojoMonday #266 is such a fun one that I see using again. I pulled out my Festival of Prints DSP and played with some coordinating designs. I find the hardest part of choosing a two-sided DSP is adhering the opposite side to the paper. I want to use both sides! I love this little stack of SU papers (*note to self- must order more).
