I was inspired….by nature and by Colour Q # 177 this week when I made this card. I loved the color picks, and when I saw SU Always Artichoke I immediately thought of leaves. This, in turn, brought me to one of my favorite retired SU stamp sets Inspired by Nature. Since the image is markered and resembles watercoloring, I thought the texture of dry embossing would be fun to do.
Card Recipe:
STAMPS: SU Inspired by Nature, SU Teeny Tiny Wishes
INK: SU Always Artichoke, SU Cherry Cobbler, SU Crumb Cake for Kraft
PAPER: SU Pool Party, SU Cheery Cobbler, SU Whisper White, SU Kraft

Gorgeous embossing and watercolouring. Thank you for sharing with us this week at the colourQ!
Thank You, Tracey. I just incorporated the dry embossing over a stamped image into my Stamp Camp next week for a little more texture.
This is a beautiful card. Love the embossing and the watercoloring! Great job!
Thanks, Krisite. The colors were fun to work with and when a card looks flat- I think dry embossing over the image adds a little more.
Beautiful card, Cindy, great use of these colors! Thanks for joining in the fun at the colourQ this week.
Thank you, Sylvia. Oh, the colors were fun this week:)
