One of my favorite cards from last year’s Christmas Stack-a-Stack was this card.
You can see it HERE.
The Merry Christmas to All Stamp Set and the Merry Christmas Dies are still available in the Annual Catalog if you don’t have them…and need them!
I came across it in my box of Christmas cards, and it decided to case myself! I thought the banners would be a great canvas to place the copper Cheers die cut on.
I used the Stampin’ Up Sip Sip Hooray and the Cheers to you Bundles on this card with the gorgeous Brightly Gleaming Designer Series Paper.
When I stamped the champagne flute with the “liquid” image that goes in the glass, I wasn’t feeling it. So I pulled out my retired Confetti Stars border punch and filled the glass up with “bubbly” stars! I added a copper flute behind my stamped flute to jazz it up, too.
It doesn’t get any easier than this little cutie!
When I saw the Stampin’ Up Silhouette Scenes Bundle in April, my first thought was a sun behind the trees with the girl swinging…
and yes, it took me a while to do it and post it!
I simply die cut out a circle from a piece of Balmy Blue cardstock and inlaid the same sized So Saffron circle. I die cut the tree branch and placed it (not adhered it) on my blue cardstock. I then put it in my Stamparatus for placement of the girl swinging from the tree branch. I removed the tree branch and stamped the girl about 3 or 4 times for a deep black silhouette to match the cardstock tree branch. Just one of the many reasons I love my Stamparatus! I knew she would be hanging from the tree perfectly since I used my stamparatus so all I had to do was adhere the black tree branch! A simple sentiment finished it off:)
July is flying by but we still have 2 weeks of Bonus Days in July! WooHoo!
July 1 – 31, spend $50 (before tax and shipping) and earn a $5 coupon that is emailed to you that you can redeem in August! REMEMBER, YOU MUST SAVE THAT COUPON CODE, IT CAN NOT BE RETRIEVED LATER…SO KEEP IT HANDY!
I am in love again…this time…with the Stampin’ Up Sailing Home Suite!
A Bridge Fold Card is a perfect way to showcase the pieces in the stamp set and the dies:)
I used the NEW In Color Seaside Spray with the Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper-
it matched wonderfully with the sailboat pattern piece I used.
In the card below, I used Balmy Blue which is listed on the color palette of the DSP.
You can see how it is a brighter blue than Seaside Spray which has a hint of gray with it.
