Stampin’ Up! Coming Home Bundle

August 24, 2020

Here is my first card made with the Stampin’ Up! Coming Home Bundle…

I die cut the largest circle in the Stitched Shapes Dies and used one of the snowdrift dies from the Home Together Dies to cut across the middle of the Stitched Circle. I colored the trees with my Stampin’ Up! Old Olive and Soft Suede Blends. The sentiment is from Itty Bitty Christmas.
The Trimming the Town Designer Series Paper is just fantastic!

I think I may color my trees one more time to darken the Old Olive to match the DSP:)

Stampin’ Up! Gift Wrapped

August 20, 2020

How easy was this Christmas card to make?

Super, super easy with the Gift Wrapped Punch Bundle! Classic red and green Christmas colors found in the Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series create a cute wrapped gift with a bow made with the Gift Bow Builder Punch.

I created some texture by running my 3/4″ ribbon strips and the bow through my NEW Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine using the Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder. My little tag was die cut with the Peek-a-Hoot Dies.

I decorated the inside with two of the sentiments and a bow stamped in the colors of the DSP.

Stampin’ Up! Sounds of the Season and Playful Alphabet Dies with Brightly Gleaming DSP

August 17, 2020

When I saw those bells in the NEW Stampin’ UP! Mini Holiday Catalog…I was ecstatic!
The Stampin’ Up! Cherish the Season Bundle was the first thing on my pre-order list!!

I used the Stampin’ Up! Sounds of the Season Dies along with my Playful Alphabet Dies to create the Copper Foil JINGLE to coordinate with my returning favorite Brightly Gleaming Designer Series Paper. Those little holly leaves can stay in the dies or come out which is super versatile. I like them in on this card:) Tip: If you know me, I am sure you know that I cut a Copper Foil sheet to 4″ x 5-1/4″ and cut out my bells and jingle word leaving a border on the rectangle. So, now I have a panel to add to a card front to create a lovely foil border when I cover up the negative die cuts. Ladies and Gents, we must use our foil wisely!

I had thought of using the Copper Panel around the DSP but I liked the pop of the Very Vanilla a bit better:)

Stampin’ Up Still Scenes with Feels Like Frost DSP

November 25, 2019

I have had so much fun with the Stampin’ Up! Still Scenes Bundle. It is so easy to make a WOW card with the dome that fits right inside the die cut in the Snow Globe Scenes Dies. If you have not considered this bundle…take a trip to Pinterest to see all the beautiful cards made with it. You may find yourself there a while, get a cup of coffee or tea:)

I used the Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper inside the globe behind the deer. Night of Navy and Seaside Spray coordinated well with the hues of blues in the DSP. I used the Stampin’ Up! Ornate Frames to die cut the sentiment that came with the set.

Off to work in the stamp room…a lot of projects to get done! Starting to feel the busy holiday season already…but love the excitement of it!
