We had fun at our product classes this weekend using the SU Lift Me Up Bundle:)
This is one of the cards we made using the Sale-a-bration Carried Away Designer Series Paper. You can get this fun patterned paper for FREE with a $50 purchase!!!
A little tutorial:
The first thing you do is die cut the hot air balloon from the patterned navy paper. Don’t forget to save that balloon- take a look at the other side- beautiful Mint Macaron and white clouds make a cute hot air balloon for another fun project- that is why I love the two sided SU Designer Paper!
Now, you are left with a hole where you die cut the balloon from the DSP. Adhere the DSP with the open hole to the Crushed Curry card base. Now you have a big old open yellow space made from the card base against the DSP.
Now, die cut a hot air balloon out of Thick Whisper White Cardstock- love the sturdiness of the thick paper. A must have in my stash:)
Inlay the white hot air balloon inside the open space of the DSP.
So that is how you get a yellow balloon!
A little color for the inside, too!
