I became a Grandma for the first time in January. Things seem to have settled down since her 7 weeks early arrival. I wanted to share some happy mail I got from some sweet friends…the first lovely card uses the awesome Stampin’ UP! Lots of Hearts Bundle.

I loved the Magenta Madness “pink” paired with Bumblebee (my little bee) on this card from my friend, Linda Mriso. This card shows how the Lots of Heart Bundle is not a “Valentine” set but all occasion- she used the Hello Baby from the Stampin’ UP! Moon Baby stamp set. The inside sentiment could be used for anything! I love the pop of blue with the sweet little flower.

Another friend, Linda Goldhersz, sent this beauty using the Stampin’ UP! Treasures of Life. My husband just happened to open this card up and was smiling from ear to ear:) Another perfect pink, Rococo Rose, was used on this card. Linda did a beautiful job coloring the image with Stampin’ Blends and tying a gorgeous bow. Don’t forget that Rococo Rose is retiring May 3!

Greens and blues just like the ocean…I saw a card Mary Brown made that used pinks and blues to create a camo like background using the Stampin’ UP! Friends are Like Seashells, and it inspired me! I used Granny Apple Green, Coastal Cabana, and Soft Seafoam for the splotches and Pretty Peacock for the stamped shell images. I love the pretty Opals Rounds!

The fun thing about this card is the outside and inside complement each other. I stamped a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic White with the splotches and shells then cut it into two pieces measuring 1-1/2″ x 4″ and 2-1/2″ x 4″. I put the 2-1/2″ x 5-1/4″ on the upper part of the outside and the 1-1/2″ x 5-1/4″ on the lower part of the inside. I also cut a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Soft Seafoam cardstock to the same measurements and paired them with the stamped pieces.

Here is a clean and simple card using the embossed butterflies from the Stampin’ UP! Floating and Fluttering Bundle. The texture was a perfect backdrop for the big sentiment from the Happiest of Birthdays stamp set. The die I cut the sentiment out with is in the Floating and Fluttering Bundle, too:) Honestly, I need this sentiment a little more than I would like to admit…

This technique was easily done with coastal cabana “leftovers” I had after cutting out the butterflies for these cards- check the video out HERE.

I pulled out my Stampin’ UP! Floating & Fluttering Bundle and made some bright, colorful cards. Take a look at my video to see some of the fun things you can do with the bundle!

I was so happy how the Stampin’ UP! Meadow Moments embossing folder was the perfect backdrop for the butterflies. There are two embossing folders in the package, too! I blinged up the butterflies above but the ones below are just plain:)

On the card below, I die cut three butterflies from the Coastal Cabana panel before I embossed the panel. I then popped up the embossed butterflies in the die cut negative.

I used the retired Stampin’ UP! Festive Corners stamp set on the card below:

Notice how you can see the “shadow” underneath the embossed “floating & fluttering” butterflies?
