Take a look at another card I made using the fabulous Framed Florets Bundle and the Fitting Florests Designer Series Paper.

I created texture running the white panel die cut with the oval hearts die from the Framed Florets Dies through my Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine with the Timeworn Type Embossing Folder. I popped up the whole white panel with dimensionals.

I used the In Color 2021-2023 Opals for accents- the Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent- but could have used the Polished Pink as well since it is in my color palette. The floral image is die cut from the Fitting Florets Designer Series Paper. Can I say…I just love the 2021-2023 In Color 3/8″ Open Weave ribbons!!! The Soft Succulent added a soft touch to the card with the bolder colors of Evening Evergreen and Polished Pink.

A quick and easy card using the Natural Prints Dies with the Charming Sentiments Bundle.

I had the Sun Prints Designer Series Paper on my desk and decided to use it. I embossed the DSP (3-1/2″ x 4-3/4″) with the Fern 3D Embossing Folder then placed it on the White panel (3-3/4″ x 5″). The embossing really adds a nice touch to the DSP. The wreath die is in the Nature’s Print Dies- love it.

A double bow made with the Starry Sky Metallic Woven Ribbon with silver Metallic Pearls adds another layer of texture to this simple card. And…of course, the die cut sentiment from the Charming Sentiments Bundle is so classy!

It takes a little engineering but it is worth it…the Miura (Mirror) Fold Card.

Watching a video always helps me when trying a new technique allowing me to stop and start as I watch it. Here is my take on the Miura (Mirror) Fold Card:

It folds up like this…I used the Stampin’ UP! Boughs of Holly Designer Series Paper along with the Stampin’ UP! Framed and Festive Stamp Set with the Framed Florets Dies.

I love belly bands- just makes a card fancy!

Measurements: Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 10-1/2″ scored at 3-1/2″ and 7″ on the 10-1/2″ side- make a tick mark 2″ down from the top on the left score line ( at the 3-1/2″ score line) and score on the diagonal from that mark to the left top corner and to the other score line at the top (at the 7″ score line), Repeat another tick mark 2″ up from the bottom right score line and score from that mark to the bottom of the 3-1/2″ score line and then to the bottom corner of the card base, DSP for each of the sides: (as you view the space needing DSP) cut the top or bottom corner triangle off of a 3-1/4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of DSP by cutting from the corner to a mark 2″ up or down on the opposite side as seen in the video, DSP for triangles: 1-3/4″ x 3″ cut as seen in video, For white inside: make a tick mark down 2″ on one side and 2″ up on the opposite side on a 3-1/4″ x 5-1/4″- cut from each 2″ mark to the closest (opposite) corner as seen in video, belly band: 1″ x 8″

I pulled out my Warm Welcome Bundle to celebrate the arrival of Little Evelyn, the granddaughter, of my new friend, Liz! Her daughter and my daughter were due around the same date…my daughter is T- a few more days…for my grandson to arrive!! Having two grandie girls this past two years- I love to use Pink so Little Evelyn’s card was fun to make:)

I just kind of started stamping, die cutting, and popping things here and there for my first run with this ADORABLE bundle. I did not even realize there were numbers and a baby sentiment in it! It is a super bundle! Take a look at all the fun images and sentiments- it is really an all occasion set with coffee/tea cups, flowers, presents, baby shoes, and that sweet little kitty:

Darn, I just saw the cute little hanging string I could have put on the WELCOME! See, I was just so excited to use it!!!! I did use the sweet stitched hearts dies from the Tags Celebration Dies.

A simple little YAY! (times six) on the inside:

I have to admit…I am going to play some more with this card- for example, I think I would put the DSP on the inside of the door- a brick outside with the numbers…like I said, I was just too excited to think it out today! Check back on Friday to see what I come up with…for my daughter’s card!!!

Hello, friends! Happy Friday!

I have a sweet clean and simple design for you today using a sketch from

Freshly Made Sketches # 558.

It is CAS but I did a little “stenciling” with the fun Artistic Mix Decorative Masks for the three squares. One of the stencils allowed me to mask around three perfectly distanced squares!

I used a Blending Brush to “sponge” in the three whole squares with Daffodil Delight and then laid a “plaid” pattern mask over it and blended in Calypso Coral.

I found a nicely sized sentiment in the Flowering Tulips stamp set. Once I did that, I popped on some posies stamped and punched out from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set. Some of those Daffodil Delight Glossy Dots finished off the flowers. The white panel was enhanced with the Brick and Mortar Embossing Folder.
