A quick and simple Christmas card for you today! I can’t decide what jumps out to me most on this card, the DSP, the Glimmer Specialty Paper, or the stylish sentiment?

I used the beautiful Stampin’ UP! Boughs of Holly Designer Series Paper and the Glimmer Specialty Paper which comes in 12″ x 12″ in Evening Evergreen, Very Vanilla, and Gold. It adds a definite classy aspect to the card with the gold snowflake die cut from the Stampin’ UP! Twinkling Lights Dies. The sentiment from the Stampin’ UP! Very Best Occasions stamp set. It goes great with any card!

It even haas a punch that comes with called the Very Best Trio Punch.

It cuts a slit for a tag or ribbon and decorative corners like this:

I am alive…I was just buried under a heap of crafting supplies…I had an awesome week of Christmas Stamp-a-Stacking with friends in Pittsburgh and have come up for a breath of air…

Here is a fun Fold Flat Fun Fold card I made using the Cheerful Basket Bundle. Want to see how I made it?

I added some more apples to my card…

It folds flat to fit in an A2 envelope:)

Just stamp the basket “topper” on the back to finish each card off.

Measurements: Card Base: 8-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ scored at 1/2″, 1-1/2″, 3″, and 4″ on the 8-1/2″ side, Step portion: 2-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ scored at 1/2″ and 1-1/2″ on the 4-1/4″ side, DSP on both card base backs: 2-3/4″ X 4″, DSP on Art Card Step: 2-1/4″ x 2-1/2″, Basic White for sentiment on Art Card: 1-1/4″ x 1-1/2″ , DSP on Step and Bottom Portion of Apple Card 2-1/2″ x 4″ cut as seen in video, Crumb Cake and Soft Suede for basket, Basic White for Basket and Art Supplies or Apples, Basic White on the back: 4″ x 4″

I found a folded card in my Real Red Card stock drawer, and I had a some 3/4″ strips leftover from cutting my Stampin’ UP! Sweetest Christmas Cane Designer Series Paper on my desk. Look what came out of it…

I started with a 5-1/2″ x 11″ piece of Real Red card stock and scored it at 1-1/4″, 3-1/2″, 7-1/2″ and 9-3/4″ on the 11″ side. I folded back the 1-1/4″ on each side to create a gatefold card.

I held it together with a sturdy belly band I made with some fun foam!

I stamped a candy cane and sentiment on the inside.

Die cutting the candy canes from the DSP made for a quick card- there are A LOT of candy canes on the two 12″ x 12″ pieces of DSP in the Sweetest Christmas Designer Series Paper.
