I made this card with a large Poppy Parade die cut from the Stampin’ UP! Branching Out Dies. It became a frame when I die cut the next smaller die inside it.

Then, I die cut the next smaller die inside the leftover die piece from the frame above and made the HELLO card below.

And once again, I die cut the inside out of the Poppy Parade die cut left over from the frame on the card above and used it on the card below…

I stamped the pine branches in Early Espresso and Garden Green and the red berries and then die cut the middle out of the panel with a die smaller than the leftover Poppy Parade die cut from the Hello card. Then I simply slid the Poppy Parade die cut under the middle stamped die and popped it up on the larger stamped panel!

LOL…a look inside my stamping mind…

Some repeating branches on the inside finishes off the card.

Oh, this card today is a pretty one…not because I made it but because the Stampin’ UP! Painterly Pears Designer Series Paper is gorgeous! One of my friends, Steph Briggs, even represented it in her wardrobe the other day! I love it when I see Stampin’ UP! colors everywhere! Steff has a smile that brightens every room she enters:)

Now, I went with two other patterns with Secret Sea and Petal Pink in them on my Triple Z-fold card. My base is Mossy Meadow on both cards.

It is so EASY to make this card- I even made it so you can get 8 cards out of ONE sheet of DSP! Watch my video for the tip!

I love the beautiful colors in the DSP- I did use another pattern on the right side of this card- that is, I didn’t use the opposite side of the horizontal strips. I stamped the pear- pretty nice, huh? Well, the distinctive aspect of this stamp helped give it an artistic feel. And, this stamp is photopolymer AND is distinctive so not being red rubber was not an issue getting that distinktive look!

I love all the colors in the DSP- bright and dark that complement each other. On the next card, I die cut the pears out. You get 10 pears on each piece so that’s 11 with two sheets. And I even spliced together three pears from the edges:) I used the back of the horiaontal strips for the vertical strip on the right side. This is how you can get 8 cards from one sheet of DSP. I fussy cut the pink posies from the sheet that has all the big pears, stems and a smaller pair of pears.

Measurements: Card Base: 5-1/2″ x 6-3/4″ scored at 1-1/4″ and 2-1/2″ on the 6-3/4″ side, (3) 1-1/4″ x 6-3/4″ strips of CS scored at 1-1/4″ and 2-1/2″, (3) strips of DSP: 1″ x 4″ and (1) strip 1″ x 5-1/4″, Back White: 4″ x 5-1/4″, varying piece of CS for any shape focal point to put pears

I told you I would have another festive card using the Stampin’ UP! Branching Out Bundle using the inside of the layering die from this card…

For the card above, I cut out a red die frame by cutting out a die nested inside the larger die. Then, I cut out another frame out by cutting a die inside that larger die. Guess what? I have another card coming on Friday using yet another die inside! Do you like the pine branches stamped in Versamark (a clear sticky ink you can emboss with) on the Early Espresso card base?

I first cut out a Garden Green pine and branch and then cut out an Early Espresso pine and branch. I cut off the Espresso pines and glued on the Espresso branch on the Garden Green branch with pines. Now, one would say…couldn’t you just color the Garden Green branch brown with blends or a Stampin’ Write Marker? And I would say a resounding YES- if you had the marker with you when you created the card…lol! But, alas, I did not have it with me at the time. Some fun die cuts on the inside.

We are in the last week of August already! Remember a few promotions going on now…

I took a page out of the Stampin’ UP! playbook and was inspired by a card using the Stampin’ UP! Branching Out Bundle and the North Pole Delivery Specialty Designer Series Paper!

The Stampin’ UP! Branching Out Bundle has a wonderful set of Nesting dies along with som cute foliage branches etc. I love how you can use the dies and the negatives when you cut them to make another card…I guess you know there will be another card coming on Monday:)

Funny how hard it is to get a panel exactly perfectly centered! And, then I saw one in the catalog that was slightly askew and said…don’t be so hard on yourself, Cindy!

One of the easiest ways to dress up the inside of the card is to add a strip of coordinating Designer Series Paper. This North Pole Delivery Specialty Designer Series Paper on it’s own is soooo cute!! It has various pop outs that are adorable!

I have a cool card for you today using the Stampin’ UP! Scenic Adventure Bundle.

I did one card just to remind someone going through a stressful time or going through a recovery from surgery or illness- just breathe and take it slow…

The other card is a birthday card- cheers to another…

I finished the thought on the inside with YEARS using the Stampin’ UP! Mini Alphabet Dies:)

Measurements: Card Base: 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5-1/2″ on the 11″ side, Inside White panel and outside Balmy Blue panel with clouds: 4″ x 5-1/4″, Old Olive Base Grass: 2-1/2″ x 4″, Mossy Meadow Row of Trees: 2″ x 4″, Misty Moonlight Mountains: 2-1/2″ x 4″- CUT at the top of each color to layer them.
