A fast one for Friday…

A quick and easy card using the NEW Breathtaking Bouquet background stamp coming out in the Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalog January 3. I paired it with the NEW Perfectly Framed stamp set that coordinates with the Ornate Frames that are carrying over into the new catalog! I also added some glitz with some  Silver Foil and the Black/Silver 1/4″ Striped Metallic Ribbon that is on the Clearance Rack now…make sure to check it out!

The card base is 4-1/8″ x 11″ scored at 5-1/2″ on the 11″ side.  Stamp the floral background panel and cut it out with the largest Stitched Rectangle Die with the  2-1/4″ x 3-5/8″ Stitched Rectangle Die centered inside it. Then border the smaller rectangle with a black  2-1/2″ x 3-7/8″ rectangle. I popped up the smaller rectangle with dimensionals. Super easy, kids!!!
