I made another Center Column Pop Up card using the Waves of Inspiration Bundle.
Since the Waves of Inspiration was an early release, it is easy to overlook it in the new Annual Catalog but it is super cool! I love the wave and the pelican:)
I did use a retired DSP but you can use any paper…go ahead and look at your stash- I am sure you have something that would work just fine! If not, how about a watercolor wash? Take paintbrush and swoosh some color around. You know, you only need a 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece for the card base and another 3-3/4″ x 4″ piece for the pop up piece. Check out this video I did…disclaimer- I did have a few bloopers…lol.
The Waves Dies are amazing – I love the sentiment dies as much as the waves dies:) I added in the end banners by cutting the smaller banner die from the Stampin’ UP! All That Dies.
And that wave stamp is AWESOME… so realistic. I used Night of Navy on the sentiment on this card but we used Pacific Point in our class, and I liked it much better:)
You could even use a sponge or dauber to add two or more colors!
Measurements: Card Base: 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ with DSP: 4″ x 5-1/4″, Column Folding Mechanism: 4-1/4″ x 9-1/2″ scored on the 9-1/2″ side at 1/2″, 1-1/4″, 2″, 2-3/4″, 6-3/4″, 7-1/2″, 8-1/4″ and 9 with DSP 3-3/4″ x 4″, White on back: 4″ x 5-1/4″
