I have a cute fun fold for you today- it’s called a Balcony card.
Here is how I made it:
I used the bright and cheery Stampin’ UP! Butterfly Kisses Designer Series with the Stampin’ UP! Best Butterflies Bundle. It is hard to photograph- here is a top view.

Measurements: Card Base: 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ with DSP: 4″ x 5-1/4″, Balcony mechanism 2-1/2″ x 4″ scored at 1/2″, 2″, and 3-1/2″ with DSP: 2″ x 3″, Bridge across bottom: 1-1/4″ x 6″ scored at 1/2″, 3-1/4″ and 5-1/2″ with DSP: 1″ x 5-1/4″, White on back: (2) 2-1/2″ x 4″
I was inspired by a card I received from my friend, Janet Munden, who used the Stampin’ UP! Hello Ladybug Bundle.

While watching your video I was thinking of all types of themes which could be used for this great balcony card fun-fold. Also, would be a neat style for masculine cards i.e. could design card as a concert stage with electric guitar and drums on the upper levell, musical notes, ticket lower level. Or as a sports podium with the winner’s cup (or favorite, specific sport icons) and stars on the upper level/background and congrats along the lower. How about a theater themed card….oh, the possibilities! Many thanks to you and your friend for the cheerful inspiration; definitely got my grey cells in motion – LOL. Wishing you and your hubby a speedy recovery.
