Here’s a sweet little card using the Stampin’ UP! Nested Friends Bundle. It is a lovely stamp set with fun dies!

It looks like my lighting was off when I took the pic- sorry for the shadows:( I even got two thumbs up from my daughter on this one. I sponged some So Saffron on the Basic White and then stamped the branch and colored with Dark Crumb Cake and Old Olive. The So Saffron was just what I needed to pair with the belly on my birdie.

I love that the Nested Friends Dies that cut out the images but also a cool nest! It is hard to see in the photo but the Crumb Cake Nest is embossed when it is run through the die machine. I added in some little die cut leaves around the nest- aren’t they just so sweet? I cut a 3″ square of DSP from the Dainty Flowers in half diagonally to create some interest on the background of the card front. Remember the Dainty Flowers is a Sale-a-bration gift with a $50 purchase until February 28.

My white panel is 3-1/4 x 4-1/2″ bordered by Old Olive cardstock measureing 3-1/2″ x 4-3/4″.

We just did a fun Product Class using the Around the Bend Bundle and the Petal Park Bundle. Some gals made cards and some chose to do a sampler to keep or give as a gift. We used a 9″ x 9″ Black Shadow Box Frame I get online from Micheal’s.

I used the pretty Dandy Designs Designer Series Paper as the background and paired it with Basic Black. Here is how I made it:

Measurements: From outside to inside focal point: 9″ White square, 8-1/4″ Black square, 8″ DSP square, 5-3/4″ Black Square, 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ White for Stitched Greenery bottom, 2-1/2″ x 6 white for the top sentiment part to be trimmed down to 5-1/2″ wide, 3″ x 6″ Fresh Freesia stamped and scallop die cut to be trimmed to 5-1/2″ wide, 2-1/2″ x 5″ Fresh Freesia to cut the bottom with flowers on it, Scraps of White OR 3″ x 9″ White for leaves and flowers on sampler

Simple…just simple…so simple that I did not even restamp the M in May on the sentiment…see, I am working through my issues…

The Stampin’ UP! Olive Branch is just simply beautiful with simple sentiments for sympathy, thank you, and sorry for any cause I think- sorry you are sick or hurt…

I think layering on a simple card steps up the beauty of it. I used Old Olive to ink up my stamps and Mossy Meadow to border the image.

I love to share with you pretty cards my girls make! This is a cute card my friend, Lin Mriso, brought to class for show and tell! I love the gold foil Happy Easter! And I love those sweet raindrops from the Stampin’ UP! Raindrops Embossing Folder:)

Lin used the Stampin’ UP! Easter Bunny Punch Bundle with the retired Word Wishes Dies and the grass die from the retired Wiggly Bugs Dies. She colored her sweet little bun-buns with Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends. The card base was Petal Pink and Coastal Cabana cardstock. The clouds were cut from last year’s Sale-a-bration Freebie DSP with the rainbows. To make this easel card- start with a 4-1/4″ x 11″ and score at 2-3/4″ and 5-1/2″ on the 11″ side to pop up the card on some fun image like the egg that Linda used. You then add on any panel you want to the bottom portion of the folded front of the card. The Deckled Rectangles and Stitched Shapes Dies are great to use for the panel on an easel card.
