Stampin’ UP! Dainty Delight Bundle

May 22, 2023

My team member, Connie Matijak, made this during our Team Mystery Stamping Night last month. She used the current Stampin’ UP! Dainty Delight Bundle and the retired Sale-a-bration Dainty Flowers DSP that you probably have on hand? I send my team the measurements for what we are making that night, and it’s a big surprise what everyone comes up with! They can use anything they have on hand. Some are limited while traveling for the winter but still have something in their stash to make the card. I love the creativity they share when show and tell comes at the end of the card!

Connie never disappoints- even when I get back to Pittsburgh for monthly classes, I can’t wait to see what Connie has made in her craftroom! She may be a slow stamper (takes her time) but it is worth it! She always says to warn the table she is not Flash Gordon when it comes to stamping! You can see her attention to detail on this card:)

Here is the video of the card I made using this Double Z-Fold Technique in case you would like to make one…

Stampin’ UP! Silly Goose

May 19, 2023

Is this just the cutest card?!?

My friend, Sally Yarzebinski, made this card for me to post while I am on the Stampin’ UP! Norway Incentive Trip. I just smiled from ear to ear when I saw it. It’s so fun and colorful. Each of Sally’s 1-1/4″ polka dot squares was run through the Die Cut Machine with the Stitched with Whimsy Dies after she cut them. Now, if you knew Sally…that is nothing for her to do- she is very detailed and precise- the one with the messiest grid paper at class as she checks how each image stamps before she stamps:) I have even seen her fussy cut when there is a die available! I LOVE HER- always a kind text or email after class, too.

Stampin’ UP! Gone Fishing Bundle Fun Fold Video Tutorial

May 17, 2023

I love masculine stamp sets- or should I say those motifs most guys love because many women fish and love the outdoors and sports! I know many gals who love to fish!

It opens up like this:

Here is a video of how I made this:

Measurements: Card Base: 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″, Folded mechanism: 5-1/4″ x 11″ scored at 1-3/4″, 3-1/2″, 7-1/2″ and 9-1/4″ on the 11″ side, DSP on left side: 1-1/2″ x 5″, DSP on flaps: (3) 1-1/2″ x 3-1/2″, Bordering rectangle flaps around DSP: 1-3/4″ x 3-3/4″

I was inspired by this beautiful card my dear talented friend, Linda Mriso, shared with me:) When I said I needed help with my trip coming up and surgery in the future, Lin stepped up to the plate and hit a home run…you are going to see more of Lin’s cards in future posts. She is such a kind person I bounce card making and even life living ideas off her many times. Thank you, Lin!

I love how Linda put that sentiment on the inside with the border.

Stampin’ UP! Lazy Days Bundle

May 15, 2023

Oh, the Stampin’ UP! Lazy Days Bundle is just so sweet.

I love the scene you can create with the rocking chairs, table, and the roof trim and column post.

I stamped the rug with Coastal Cabana ink and added a border around the panel to tie it together. The Lemon Lolly card base paired with the Lemon Lolly lemonade on the table:)

A potted plant on the inside finished off the card.
