When I saw Freshly Made Sketches # 79, I knew I wanted to use the SU Delicate Doilies Sizzlet my friend, Wendy, gave to me. I played tic-tac-toe with Jaydee of The Paper Players #139 to come up with this card:
I did not put a sentiment on yet because it just looked so pristine without one on the front- so I will add it to the inside when I am ready to use the card.
Card Recipe:
STAMPS: SU Pleasant Poppies
INK: SU Basic Black, SU Barely Banana marker, SU Certainly Celery marker
PAPER: SU Basic Black, SU Barely Banana, SU Whisper White
ACCESSORIES: SU Pearls, random matching ribbon
TOOLS: SU Needlepoint Border EF, SU Delicate Doilies Sizzlet, SU Stripes EF
Since this card is clean and simple due to its monochromatic color, and I used the Embossed scallop below the ribbon- I am linking it to the Lucky Dip over at Less is More challenge blog.
Very pretty, Cindy! I love the embossed layer and the pretty pearl detail. Thank you so much for joining us this week at the Paper Players! 🙂

Oh, Cindy. This is so soft and pretty and makes my little CAS heart happy! The black really pops the flowers and I love all the dry embossing. So glad you joined my challenge at the Paper Players this week
