Oh, this stamp set brings back fond memories of being surprised by my hubby who took me to my first Stampin’ Up Convention in Salt Lake City last year even before I was a demonstrator! It was so much fun that he talked me into signing up with SU. I loved the theme song “I Am” that was played throughout the convention- how could I not jump right in? What a great time it has been meeting wonderful people in my community and online- I am so thankful for everyone who has come into my life;) This is how I feel about you all:

I used turned the sketch on its side from Pals Paper Arts # 156 and used the colors from Colour Q # 186. The featured designer at Muse Card Club # 14 this week is Virginia Lu who made a beautiful, brightly colored card with a white background on a Kraft card base framing a white focal image with some little pearls scattered which I did as well in my own way:
Fabulous, what can I say! I love those two colors together, pretty! Thanks for having fun with the PPA this week!
Thank you, Sandie. I love pink and orange together! The sketch was fun to use for the design of the card- love PPA challenge site;)
You are sweet and so is your card! It’s so fresh and fun and all that white space with pops of color is great.I love that story of your SU start too. What a sweet husband! Glad you joined us at the Pals Paper Arts.
Thanks, Dawn. I am growing fond of white space in design. It was fun using this sketch and colors;)
Cindy, what a wonderful husband to have introduced you to the SU family! I love what you did with your card and the colors. So glad you enjoying a card making life! Thanks for sharing your story and this card with us at the colourQ.
Thank you, Sylvia. I am blessed to have a hubby who loves to see me having fun making cards- leaves him time to play with his big boy toys…lol.
Perfect use of the colours and I love your little matted frame. Pretty sentiment too, especially in the lovely colours.
Thank you, Karen. I love all the tools we can use to make frames and such these days! Thanks for visiting:)
Hello Cindy! I love the gorgeous details and stamping that you designed! The embossed hexagon background and pretty colors took my breath away! So glad that you join the fun with MUS Challenge this week!

Another terrific card!
This is a really fun take on this week’s Muse – love the colour combination! Thanks for playing along!
Thanks, Ardyth. I am really trying to see what elements inspire me and go with it…
Very pretty card! I love your great colors. Thanks so much for the kind comment you left on my Muse card. I use a Bow Easy to tie my bows. It’s very easy to use and the bows always look great.
Ah, thank you for sharing your technique….I have a Bow Easy that I have played with a few times…I must get it out again. I think I got frustrated because I was trying to tie little bows one time with it. Thanks for visiting;)
I love how you’ve taken the Muse card and made it totally your own … fabulous hot colours! What a wonderful card making story! Anita 🙂
I love your gorgeous card – beautiful take on the challenge – hugs xx
This is really pretty, Cindy! Looks like a good card for a class!
