SU Animal Talk

So many stamps, so many sentiments…but how do you get a sentiment to say exactly what you want? I “erase” some words on one and add others from another stamp. When I saw this week’s MUSE # 34  on Monday created by Therese Calvird, I immediately thought of Home, Sweet, Home…a congrats on a new home. I also had SU Animal Talk on my crafting desk thinking of how to use it for Dynamic Duos # 69 challenge with SU Pacific Point and Old Olive. Then, it came to me- Home, Tweet, Home- enjoy your new home. I just did not ink up “chirp, chirp” and added HOME from another stamp I had on my shelves. I added a small tag like Therese did on her card and used a lot of white space- I think the Woodgrain stamped in SU Sahara Sand ink is so subtle that the white stands out although it is stamped.

SU Animal Talk is one of those “sketchy” lined designs. Even when you stamp it perfectly, it looks imperfect -notice how fuzzy the birdie is? …that’s the charm of it:)
