Stampin’ Up You Always Deliver Gift Card Holder

August 19, 2019

I just loved the Stampin’ Up You Always Deliver stamp set when I first saw it
since I have been known to tell my UPS driver that he is one of my favorite people!
However, I made him a USPS carrier fo this card:)

I made a gift card holder simply by scoring a 4-1/4″ x 9-3/4″ piece of cardstock
at 4-1/4″ and 8-1/2″ on the 9-3/4″ side and folding up the edge at 8-1/2″ to create a pocket.

Of course, you know I cut my oval scallops out of the Crumb Cake panel on the front;)

Thanks for buzzing by, friends…

Another Stampin’ Up Band Together with Bloom and Grow Cut Front Panel Card

August 16, 2019

I used up some scraps leftover from my experimenting with the Cut Front Panel Technique card.
You can see it HERE.

I started with this design but made my split straight across the card.
And since I had a few different panels from experimenting I made another one with a black card base.

I like how the additional black card base really finishes the card, what do you think?

If you didn’t catch the video on Wednesday, take a look now HERE.

Hope your weekend involves a little bit of crafting!

Stampin’ Up Band Together with Bloom and Grow Cut Front Panel Video Tutorial

August 14, 2019

Here is a simple way to put a WOW on your card front. Simply cut out a section of the front panel on the card.
I used the large bloom from the Band Together stamp set along with the pretty sentiment from the Bloom and Grow stamp set.
The Birch Background stamp is a great way to jazz up the background in a subtle way.

How did I do it?

On the card below, I placed the cut panel flat on the front. It gives a different look than just adding a sentiment banner across the front.

On the next card below, I placed fun foam under the cut panels on the front. A great look, don’t you think?

I stamped the bloom on the inside with the fantastic font in the Bloom and Grow stamp set.

Stampin’ Up We’ll Walrus Be Friends

August 12, 2019

I keep saying the name of this stamp set…and I get it, but then, I don’t know…
it’s kinda hard to say to get the pun!
But one thing I do know, the walruses are just so darn cute!

I did mask off the “hi” to make it flow with the “It’s your Birthday!”

Since I used my Stampin’ Blends to color the cuties, I cut out the inside one  and adhered it to  the inside since it would bleed onto the back of the card base if I had colored on the card base.
