Freshly Squeezed at Freshly Made Sketches…

I have always loved this SU Simply Summer set and its refreshing lemonade image so I pulled it out for Freshly Made Sketches #56 on this summery fall day in Pittsburgh, Pa.

CASology #13 Leaf

This week’s focus at CASology blogspot is LEAF. I made this simple and quickly reproducible card that fits well into the masculine side I always seem to neglect.

retrosketches #32…a fun new challenge spot

Ahhh, another fun site to visit…retrosketches. My mind immmediately thought of the SU Wanted stamp set when I saw the sketch challenge so off to work or should I say off to play I went. And, here is what I came up with…

Espressoly for The Paper Players…

The Paper Players #116 challenge asked for a cup this week. I found this retired SU set and it had a cup in it!! I think this is the perfect card to use for  a gift card from a coffee shop!

INK: SU Real Red, SU Basic Black
PAPER: SU Real Red, SU Basic Black, SU Whisper White
ACCESSORIES: random black stitched ribbon, random black/white brad
TOOLS: SU Window Frames Collection framelits, SU 1 1/4 ” Circle punch (for circles in between above stamped image and red frame)
Note: I made the black frame in the main image by using the circles and a square to frame the image since I wanted some black to set off the image.
