Stampin’ Up Free Skate in Blue

September 6, 2019

I just love how clean, cool, and fresh this card turned out.
The Stampin’ Up Free Skate Bundle made it super easy to make this beautiful card.
I mean, it’s Stampin’ Up that makes it easy for me to be an artist!

The soft textured background was made with the NEW Winter Knit 3D Embossing Folder. You know I die cut the blue laces from the blue under the embossed panel. The silver snowflakes were die cut with the NEW Frosted Frames Dies. Aren’t the silver blades so cool?

Just a simple stamping of a sentiment and some snowflakes on the inside.
The Timeless Label Punch is the perfect size for the sentiments on the inside or outside.
I think they are interchangeable- I made another card with them switched:)

Stampin’ Up Inspiring Iris Peek Through the Middle Video Tutorial

September 4, 2019

Now, I am back in the summer mood and using the lovely Stampin’ Up Inspiring Iris stamp set.

Two easy cuts makes this fun fold card. Watch the video:

I just love the Highland Heather colored Iris along with the gingham pattern in the Subtles Designer Series Paper.

The Old Olive rhinestones in the Noble Peacock Rhinestones worked well to add some bling to the focal point on the front of the card.

The Card Base is 5-1/2″ x 5-3/4″ scored at 4-1/4″ on the 5-3/4″ side. The bottom purple portion is 1-1/2″ x 5-1/2″. The white border around the DSP is 1-1/4″ x 5-1/4″ and the DSP is 1″ x 5″ . The inside white panel is 4″ x 5-1/4″. Use 4-1/4″ x 3″ pieces of white and purple for the labels the iris is stamped on.
