SU By The Tide

I found a two new sites this week, one with a MARINE challenge over at Crazy 4 Challenges # 194 and a”Feeling Nautical” theme at Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge  Blog. I saw that Simon Says Stamp  has a by the Sea Challenge too! I decided to share this fun card we made at stamp class this week using SU By The Tide. I was inspired by  my friends, Linda Heller and Bernadette Bliss. It is essentially a  5 1/2 in. by 4 1/4 in. gate-fold with a twist- three horizontal panels are added.

  6. What a fun twist on the gate fold card! Those stamps are so beautifully detailed, and the colors make for a great masculine card, too. Thanks for joining us for the first Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge!

    1. Thank you, Cathy. Funny you should say that…it took a few tries to see which color worked for the seashell and looked ok with the red and blue. I must have tried four colors until I settled on Soft Suede. Thanks for appreciating the effort;)
