When I first saw the SU Wishing You set I thought about birthday presents as well as Christmas presents. Well, I finally got around to making it work for a birthday card thanks to Avery’s Friday Mashup # 147 Challenge this week.

I “mashed it up” with the sketch and splatters using SU Gorgeous Grunge. It’s a bright one for sure but a welcome burst of color during this dreary, cold winter.

Thanks, Bernadette. Love your blog headshot- beautiful!
Just love the primary colours and those fun prezzies. Such a fabulously festive birthday card 🙂
Thanks, Tara. I love primaries and don’t use them as often as I would like so this was fun to make.
Great job at mashing up the challenge Cindy! I love the colors and the added banner behind the sentiment at the top!
Thank you, Avery. It was a fun sketch to play along with this week!
This is so pretty Cindy! I must remember to think about this set when it comes to birthday cards! The bold colors and splatter look awesome!
Thank you, Lisa. Those splatters are so neat to work with on a card!
