I love the Sycamore Street Designer Paper available during Sale-A Bration this year- so very colorful. I especially adore this dotted pattern of Pool Party, Island Indigo, Sahara Sand, and Tangerine Tango. Over at the MUSE Card Club #4 this week, Designer Laurie Willison wowed me with her creation shown below:
There were so many ways I felt inspired by her beautifully designed card but I kept going back to the DSP and how it could be used. I then really pondered what jumped out at me first with Laurie’s card and decided it was the flower and the popped out middle. As I cruised around Card Challenges this week, I came across Fab Friday 11 that I haven’t played in a while so I used its sketch and Laurie’s inspiration to make this….

Thank you, Juliettqa. Polka dots are some of my favorite designs;) I would use them in every card if I could;)
Oohhh…. I love that Blossom punch! You did a great job on this card…. I am saving the link to CASE! 🙂 Thanks so much for playing along with us at Fab Friday!
Awe, thanks, Pam. I just always find the leftover punch piece too cool to throw out;)
This is darling! I love the polka dots in the background! Great layout too! Thanks for playing at Muse this week!
Thank you, Laurie. Everything you did on your card was so inspiring that I wanted to actually CASE it as is so I made myself pick just one thing. I will use the other elements in the future. Thanks for sharing your creativity;)
The large negative flower is wonderful Cindy! So glad you played along in this week’s Muse challenge!
Thanks, Jackie. It is amazing what lies on the crafting desk that we almost throw away…lol.
Fabulous fun bright card.
Thank You, Nina. The colors are so rich and bright but a photo doesn’t capture it as well as I would like.
What a great way to show off this great DSP! Love how bright and vibrant the flower is! Thanks for sharing with us at Fab Friday!
